For more than 30 years, I have worked with people of all ages who have struggled with depression and anxiety. I got my start working on the child and teen Crisis Response Team in the 1990's, and have been passionate about this mental health struggle my whole life.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of approaches, such as CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and EMDR and tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for my clients. My approach is relational.
